Developing a 5-brand umbrella structure comprising 600 products for CANAC HARDWARE STORES.

Role:

  • Creating and managing the brands’ strategic positioning
  • Brand-name development and availability-verification
  • Overseeing the creation of the brands and their respective graphics
  • Supervising the creation of brand packaging
  • Presenting the new brand structure to brand-managers and the board
